Baker Snoqualmie National Forest Ranger District is in the process of updating their staff bunkhouses. The current beds and mattresses are past their life expectancy and are in need of replacement. This requirement has multiple delivery locations in Washington and services to remove and dispose of 114 old mattresses will be a requirement. **Technical Specifications:** Procure the following in accordance with the salient characteristics provided. (114)twin mattresses, (13) Twin Box Springs, (17) twin bed frames and (134) twin protective bed covers. Delivery of these items will be for 6 locations within the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest. •The contractor is responsible for delivering the items into the houses. •The contractor must provide all equipment necessary to accomplish this task. •In addition to delivery of the new mattresses, box springs and bed frames into the houses, the contractor is responsible for removing and disposing of (114) old mattresses. The Forest Service prefers to award (1) Firm fixed-priced contract to one vendor however, the Government reserves the right to split the order between multiple vendors if it is determined to be in the Government’s best interest to do so.
