## Description

**1.0 General:** This is a brand name request to purchase uninterrupted power supply (UPS) Modular Batteries for an APC MGE Galaxy 3500 series UPS unit. The UPS Batteries are for the Zigzag Ranger District (ZZRD), located in the Mt. Hood National Forest (MHNF), Zigzag Oregon, Clackamas County.

**2.0 Description and Specifications:** The contractor shall provide the items and quantities specified in the schedule of Items and provide a qualified professional to install, re-calibrate and perform a maintenance check upon battery replacement.

a) Both Regular and Extended Battery modules are listed in the schedule of items for price comparison purposes.

**UNIT:** APC MGE Galaxy 3500 series UPS REGULAR Battery Module SYBT4 Extended Battery Module SYBTH4. The Government will make a decision on which Module to buy based on price and availability.

b) The Government will award One Firm Fixed Priced contract.

c) Offerors must provide pricing on all applicable line items to be considered.

d) This purchase order will cover pricing for supplies AND services. The purchase order shall include:

i) The purchase of 10 module SYBT4 Battery banks (4 batteries per bank) ii) Installation of battery modules, calibration, and Maintenance check. iii) Shipping (if applicable)

**3.0 Service Requirements:** Batteries must be installed by a qualified professional. Re-calibration and maintenance check needs to be performed upon battery replacement.

**5.0 Delivery Information:** The contractor shall deliver or bring the items to the address below.
