Seeking contractor to provide a Building Automation Service Agreement on the existing Siemens Desigo building automation equipment that is installed at USDA, ARS, SEA, U.S. National Poultry Research Center (USNPRC), Southeast Poultry Research Laboratory (SEPRL), 934 College Station Road, Athens, Georgia (GA) 30605. Contractor must perform service, provide replacement equipment, and upgrades to existing Siemens Desigo building automation equipment currently installed in accordance as detailed in attached Statement of Work (SOW). Base Year + 4 Option Years being requested. **Base Year:** 01/01/2025 through 12/31/2025 Option Year 1: 01/01/2026 through 12/31/2026 Option Year 2: 01/01/2027 through 12/31/2027 Option Year 3: 01/01/2028 through 12/31/2028 Option Year 4: 01/01/2029 through 12/31/2029 Contractor must be registered in System for Award Management, (SAM), prior to submitting a quotation.
