The contractor shall include all services and field labor, equipment necessary to remove and install new chiller. USDA ARS SEA intends to issue a Request for Quotes for a firm fixed priced contract. The solicitation is anticipated to be a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code for this requirement is 238210 with a size standard of $19.0 M. Contractors shall not directly contact the facility to discuss this requirement. During the solicitation phase, contractors will be provided the opportunity for a site visit and to ask any relevant questions. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes - it does not constitute the Request for Quote (RFQ). The Government anticipates issuing an RFQ for this requirement on about August 19, 2024.
