PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES: See attached Statement of Work for requirement details. The services provided should include preventative maintenance of the building automation system including the computer workstation, field panels and all connected devices. The vendor will also provide data backup and restoration services of all system data to prevent extended outages. Maintenance and updates of the Desigo CC software system shall be provided as available. Control loop tuning will be performed to optimize system performance. Customer support will be provided to address specific customer issues or objectives and operator coaching and/or training will be made available to increase operator knowledge and productivity. Siemens Industry, Inc. is the only known source at this time that possesses the necessary knowledge and expertise to service the system. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price Purchase Order on or around May 13, 2024. This Notice of lntent is not considered a Request for Quotation (RFQ) nor is it a Request for Proposals (RFP). No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored.
