The Agricultural Marketing Service has posted an updated Supplement 602 Lamb Products September 2025. Primary updates include:

removed Agent to distinguish between QAD Auditor and Grader, updated BOB address, added new verbiage for lot dating information, updated DOP statement, updated allergen statement and links, added new verbiage for pallet stacking requirements, added new verbiage for product temperature requirements, updated truck sealing statement requirements, added new verbiage for QAD auditor requirements, removed production plan verbiage as it does not apply for lamb products.
