AMS is seeking industry and public comment on the Draft Mozzarella Cheese Commodity Requirements Document (CRD). Updates include a new warranty period of 15 days for bulk processor packs without Natamycin; 30 days for packs with Natamycin, and the inclusion of two microbiological analyses..
