## Description

The Agricultural Marketing Service has posted a Federal Purchase Program Specification (FPPS) for Pulled Chicken, Fully Cooked, Frozen, and an updated Supplement for Chicken Products. This new product offers versatility with many applications, and will be available for USDA Foods in Schools starting SY2025-26. The Supplement updates include adding Pulled Chicken to the list of products that are available for the option of either Grading or Auditing certification and other minor changes.
