## Description

The Government intends to establish a single-award Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) as a result of this solicitation, in accordance with FAR 13. This BPA will be used to furnish the Eastern Laboratory (EL), Midwestern Laboratory (ML), and Western Laboratory with industrial gases. The Government anticipates recurring requirements for Argon, Helium, Nitrogen, Oxygen, Hydrogen, Methane, Compressed Air, and Blood Gas on a routine and emergency basis. The use of a BPA will allow the Government to place firm-fixed-price Call Orders for specific industrial gases over the term of the agreement.
