Notice of Sole Source – 123A9425C0003 The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Food Safety Inspection Service (FSIS) intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price contract to OVRWatch Software License and Maintenance Renewal, in support of the Office of Chief Information Officer (OCIO).
