## Description

The work includes machine piling all preexisting slash, ground fuels and whips. Piling operations shall not begin until soil moisture levels are below forest plan standards and guidelines. Piling operations will be suspended if soil moisture levels subsequently exceed standards and guidelines due to adverse or unusual weather conditions.
