The Government intends to award a new Purchase Order to Cadwell Laboratories, Inc., for one (1) Sierra Summit EMG System required by Department of Rehabilitation at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC). Cadwell Laboratories, Inc (CAGE: 5XLB7) 909 N Kellogg St , Kennewick, Washington, 99336-7669 is the authorized seller of the Sierra Summit EMG System. The total cost for the Purchase Order is estimated at $54,501.38. The associated NAICS code applicable to this requirement is 334510, Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing. This notice of intent to award a sole source Purchase Order is not a request for competitive proposals. There will be no Request for Quote (RFQ) or Solicitation available for competition.
