Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1232SA26Q0340 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for drain modifications and equipment removal in the mechanical services building at the Eastern Regional Research Center. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 238220. The small business size standard is $19.0 million. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. Organized site visits have been scheduled for March 31, 2026 at 1:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) and April 1, 2026 at 9:00 AM EDT. The same information will be provided at both site visits, so offerors only need to attend one.
