## Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1232SA26Q0141 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Fumigation Services for 4.5 Acres. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.

**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:** The fumigant used must be Telone or an equivalent product. The application method must be shank injection with tarp application. The company must be responsible for removing and disposing of the tarp after the labeled aeration period. See “Attachment 1 - Statement of Work" and "RFQ_1232SA26Q0141".
