USDA will issue a Firm Fixed Price construction contract. The Request for Quote (RFQ), 1232SA26Q0056, may be issued on or around January 15, 2026. The NAICS Code shall be 238220 with a size standard of $19M. Completion timeframe for the resulting contract is to be determined.
