## Description

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS) has a requirement Modernize elevators in Building 1, USDA, ARS, Athens, Georgia. Vendors are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed. Vendors interested in attending the site visit must notify Walter Dennis at walt.dennis@usda.gov by 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on September 2, 2025, to be added to the approved list.

**Site Visit Date:** September 3, 2025, at 10:00 am ET, Location: 950 College Station Road, Athens, Georgia 30605. (Meet at the main gate outside the security station.) Proposals are due no later than 2:00 P.M. ET on September 19, 2025 via email at shalunda.mix@usda.gov. Please reference the solicitation number and project title in all email correspondences, questions, and proposal submittal. Information concerning the REE policies and procedures regarding the definitization of equitable adjustments for change orders under construction contracts and the time required for definitization of those actions per 15 U.S.C. 644 is available at https://www.ars.usda.gov/afm/apd/acquisitions/.
