This includes but is not limited to Electrical, Fire Alarm, and HVAC. The contractor shall include all services and field labor, equipment (including cranes, rigging and material handling equipment), materials, testing and personal protective equipment necessary to perform the work. Complete statement of work will be provided with the solicitation. MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION: The project magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. SOLICITATION PERIOD: A solicitation is scheduled to release on or about August 18, 2025. Proposals will be due on or about September 19, 2025.
