Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204 the magnitude of this construction project is between $250,000 and $500,000. USDA will issue a Firm Fixed Price Construction Contract. The Request for Proposal (RFP) 1232SA25R0041, may be issued on or around July 17, 2025. The upcoming solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2025-04 dated 06/11/2025. The requirement will be a Total Small Business Set-Aside, under NAICS Code 238220 with a size standard of $19M. Completion timeframe for the resulting contract is to be determined.
