AMENDMENT 0004

(see attached SF30) The purpose of this amendment is to provide a correction in Attachment 1 - Section L.8 (b)(2). The reference to..., "and completed Attachment 2 in Excel format" is not correct and should be disregarded. The correct information is that Attachment 2 is the Statement of Work, which is a PDF file.

(see attached SF30) The purpose of this amendment is to provide a copy of the Site Visit Sign-In Sheet (see attached);

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), National Agricultural Library (NAL) has a construction requirement to replace two existing cooling towers, including demolition of existing towers and associated components, replacement of the structural steel support, provide a new control system fully integrated into the existing BAS, equipment commissioning, and training onsite personnel.

All work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications, drawings, and other attachments for this requirement. The project is located at USDA, ARS, NAL at 10301 Baltimore Ave, Beltsville, MD 20705. SITE VISIT: A single organized site visit has been scheduled for 08:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Tuesday July 22, 2025. See Attachment 1 Section L.7 for RSVP instructions and additional information.
