This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The reference number for this acquisition is 1232SA25Q0941 and it is being issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-05 (effective 08 July 2025). This acquisition is 100% small business set aside. The Produce Service Code is 6630 Chemical Analytical Instruments; NAICS for this procurement is: 334516 Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturer, Size Standard is 1,000. Communication Regarding this Solicitation: The vendor shall submit a quote via email to david.tibbs@usda.gov with a subject line of “Quote: 1232SA25Q0941”, for receipt no later than 12:00 pm (Noon) EDT, Monday, 22 September 2025. Only those quotes received by this date and time will be considered for award. Submission of the quote that does not contain all items requested below may result in elimination from consideration for award. Quotes must include the following items: 1. The company name 2. POC Name, email address, telephone number 3. RFQ number 4. SAM Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number. 5.
