This combined synopsis/solicitation 1232SA25Q0740 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-05. NAICS for this procurement is: 562998 – All Other Miscellaneous Waste Management Services, Size Standard $16.5M Communication Regarding this Solicitation: The Government reserves the right to cancel this combined synopsis/solicitation at any time. The vendor shall submit quotes via email to Jacob.toft@usda.gov with a subject line of “Quote: 1232SA25Q0740”, for receipt no later than 12:00 pm EST, Monday, 22 September 2025. Only those quotes received by this date and time will be considered for award.
