This combined synopsis/solicitation 1232SA25Q0637 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-05. NAICS for this procurement is: 541511 – Custom Computer Programming Services, Size Standard $34M Communication Regarding this Solicitation: The Government reserves the right to cancel this combined synopsis/solicitation at any time. The vendor shall submit quotes via email to Jacob.toft@usda.gov with a subject line of “Quote: 1232SA25Q0637”, for receipt no later than 12:00 pm EST, Thursday, 21 August 2025. Only those quotes received by this date and time will be considered for award.
