The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, requires a Seed Cleaning Dust Collector System Replacement (Brand Name Nederman C-25 or Equal) for the USDA PA Grazing Lands Research Laboratory. The Government intends to award a single firm-fixed price purchase order. The requirements are further detailed in the attached Requirements Document. Providing a quote on company letterhead addressing all documents identified in the RFQ according to requirements as defined in section FAR 52.212-1 Addendum Submission documents, clearly note per item pricing, with all associated costs to include but not limited to shipping/handling/delivery price, and be valid for at least 60 days after receipt of quote. 2. Any amendment and documents related to this procurement will be available electronically at the Government Point of Entry (sam.gov). FAR clauses 52.211-6, 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 (and any addenda to those clauses) are included in the attached clauses and provisions document.
