The project is located at USDA, ARS, U.S. National Poultry Research Center,950 College Station Road, Athens, Georgia 30605. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation and supervision performing all required work in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) for this requirement. Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204 the magnitude of this construction project is between $25,000 and $100,000. USDA will issue a Firm Fixed Price Construction Contract. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) 1232SA25Q0458, may be issued on or around August 5, 2025. The upcoming solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2025-04 dated 06/11/2025. The requirement will be a Total Small Business Set-Aside, under NAICS Code 238220 with a size standard of $19M. Completion timeframe for the resulting contract is to be determined. The RFQ will be accessible via https://sam.gov/ in the “Contracting Opportunities” section.
