**A. Project Title:** Quarters 27 and 28 Furnace Replacement, Dubois, Idaho B. Acquisition is a 100% total small business set-aside. Applicable NAICS is 238220- Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The SBA size standard for this NAICS is $19.0M. C. IAW FAR 36.204, the magnitude of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. D. Vendors shall complete blocks 14, 15, 17 (if applicable), 19 (if any amendments sent), and 20 A-C of this form. E. Vendors are required to be in an 'Active' status in SAM.gov at time of proposal submission IAW FAR 52.204-7. Site visit information is in L.6.
