## Description

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), National Agricultural Statistics Services (NASS) requires the acquisition of preventative maintenance, service and repairs on their two Quadient Folders/Inserters in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation 1232SA24Q0064 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-03. NAICS for this procurement is:

561499 All Other Business Support Services.

**Size Standard:** $21.5 million The vendor shall submit quotes via email to Jacob.toft@usda.gov with a subject line of “Quote: 1232SA24Q0064”, for receipt no later than 12:00 pm EST, Tuesday, 09 April 2024. Only those quotes received by this date and time will be considered for award. Submission of the quote that does not contain all items requested below may result in elimination from consideration for award.

Responses must include the following items: The company name, point of contact, address, telephone number, e-mail address, RFQ number, and vendor UEI number. Please provide completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, with any offer. In addition, the quote should address the work called out in Attachment 1 – Statement of Work.
