12318726Q0045 – BLUE BIRD BUS REPAIR Attachment 4 - Sub-Factor 3 on page 11 – have been removed/eliminated from evaluation and basis for award.

Amendment 3 - Site visit for the Blue Bird Bus repair (please see information on attached amendment 3) Please call Merlin Lilienthal at: 541-496-8521 to set up appointment date and time. Remember quotes are needed by Monday March 23, 2026 by 10am.

Amendment 2 - repair photos attached - 03/16/2026 Amendment 1 - PLEASE NOTE IN SECTION C – APPENDIX AND ATTACHMENTS; Attachments should be stated “sections” i statement of objectives, please disregard and refer to section iii – (iii) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired, including documentation supporting any brand name descriptions. To complete repairs of the body damage on Blue bird bus per the estimate will be no later than June 30, 2026, or 90 days after authorization to perform the repairs and once the center has delivered it to the service location whichever is longer. Delivery will be within 5 days of the center being notified of the notice to proceed
