These can be found in the Code of Federal Regulations: 22 CFR 62.14 or on the U.S. Department of State website at: http://exchanges.state.gov/education/jexchanges/administration.htm#insurance. The resulting contract type will be a firm-fixed-price Indefinite Quantity-Indefinite Delivery contract. Multiple awards may be made. The contract will include a base period plus four option periods. The minimum guarantee is $1,000.00, and the overall maximum is $1,000,000.00 over the life of the contract. The solicitation should be posted on or before 2/26/2024.
