## Description

The requirement provides USDA with comprehensive procurement data‑quality assurance, validation, and compliance support services required under the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Office of Federal Procurement Policy (OFPP) guidance, and OMB procurement‑data quality mandates.
