The project consists of removing the existing asphalt shingles roof system to the deck, repairing damaged decking, installing approved roofing system, and accessory other tasks as specified. **General Information Magnitude of Construction:** Between $100,000 and $250,000 The resulting contract will be a Firm Fixed-Price award.
