S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service, New England Plant, Soil and Water Research Laboratory (NEPSWL) located on Portage Road on the University of Maine Campus, Orono, ME is in need of Sanitary Sewer Repair Services. This requirement is for the removal and replacement of horizontal underground sanitary sewer line to four toilets (two in women’s restroom and two in men’s restroom), replacement of the existing toilets with low flow units, replacement of the floor tile in the men’s restroom, and to provide a new cleanout and floor drain. Solicitation 12305B24R0010 is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). The solicitation document, with the incorporated clauses and provisions, is issued in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 13 and 36 and will be incorporated in the awarded firm-fixed price contract.
