The Robert W. Holley Center in Ithaca NY has a need to require recurring purchases of Liquid Nitrogen, Argon and Food Grade Carbon Dioxide and this solicitation is to establish an indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity contract. While this IDIQ will be primarily used for deliveries to the Robert W. Holley Center in Ithica, NY. A single IDIQ is anticipated to be awarded as a result of this soliciation.
