Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service, National Cold Water Marine Aquaculture Center (NCWMAC) located in Franklin, ME has a requirement for the removal of five (5) old chillers and the installment of three (3) new chillers, as government furnished equipment, within the Recirculating Aquaculture Systems (RAS) infrastructure of the government-operated salmon aquaculture facility. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to remove old chillers and install new chillers. Solicitation 12305B24Q0190 is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document, with the incorporated clauses and provisions, will be issued in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 13 and 36 and will be incorporated in the awarded firm-fixed price contract.
