## Description

The Naval Medical Center Portsmouth (NMCP) has a current contract for Carbon tank exchange and AAMI and LAL testing that is expiring on 1 Oct. 2025 and requires a new contract.. Services include exchange of exhausted carbon tanks and water testing (AAMI and LAL testing specifically). The contractor shall accomplish carbon tank exchange and water testing.
