## Description

US Army North (ARNORTH) has a requirement to repair the historic Quadrangle Clock Bell Tower located at Fort Sam Houston - Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA). Vendor shall restore and modernize the 1882 clock system to include procuring, replacing, and installing critical internal component mechanisms that will ensure reliable, automated functionality of the bell tower.
