## Description

The department of Pharmacy at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC) has a requirement for a Bayesian precision dosing software system that calculates precise dosing regimens in order to predict future area -under-curve (AUC) or serum levels and provides toxicity probability functions that assists with precision dosing of drugs with narrow therapeutic window such as vancomycin in accordance with the PWS
