THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE / PROPOSAL The Defense Health Agency HCD-Northeast Falls Church, VA, on behalf of A.T.

Augusta Military Medical Center , this requirement is for the one-time repair services of an Olympus Bronchoscope used in the Pulmonary Medicine Clinic at the A.T Augusta Military Medical Center., 9300 Dewitt Loop, Fort Belvoir, VA., manufactured by Olympus America Inc, Cage code: 32212. Olympus is registered in SAM.gov Based on information obtained (with clarifications) from the marketplace, the anticipated award will be made under the statutory authority permitting Other than full and Open Competition pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.5 -Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services.

The contract is intended to procure one-time repair services of Olympus flexible scopes used in the Pulmonary Medicine Clinic at the A.T Augusta Military Medical Center.
