This agreement is to provide a standard service agreement for six (6) AquaC UNO H Reverse Osmosis Machines for use with Fresenius Hemodialysis machines. The unit is intended to remove organic and inorganic substances and microbial contaminants from the water used for treating hemodialysis patients or related therapies. It is also intended to be a component in a complete water purification system. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811210 – Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance. This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged.
