The contract will consist of a base year and 4 option years; the period of performance for the base year is 15October2024 – 14October2025. Abbott Laboratories, INC. is the only source available to provide the Assurance Plus Service Plan for ViewMate ICE Ultrasound Console includes: Parts Replacement Coverage, Software Upgrades / Revisions, Annual Preventive Maintenance 1 visit, On-Site Service, Priority Response Level 2 (within two business days), Shipping Level 2: Priority next business day morning, 24/7/365 Telephone Technical Support and Loaner Systems / Components / Modules (as needed during service/repair of Covered Product). The Extended Warranty Plan for the other pieces of equipment within the system includes: **Parts Replacement Coverage, Shipping Level 3:** Standard next business day afternoon, 24/7/365 Telephone Technical Support and Loaner Systems / Components / Modules.
