The Solicitation ID for this requirement is 12144146, This Requirement is being solicited as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). 3.) This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses from Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), FAC 2024-06; and supplemental Regulations from the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), DFARS Change 09/16/2024. 4.) This requirement is being solicited as a small business set aside under the NAICS code 238330. 5.) The table below provides the itemized list of materials required for this requirements, interested parties shall fill the table with applicable information as it pertains to this requirement; i.e Unit price, extended price, estimated delivery, etc. 6.) The Naval Health Clinic Patuxent River located at 47179 Buse Road, Patuxent River, MD 20670 requires contract services in support of new flooring in the dental treatment rooms in room 1370 and the DRM portion on bldg. 421 located directly across the street. 7.) Offers are due 27 September 2024, by 1300 EST. 8.) The provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition 9.) The provision 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services is incorporated in this requirement as prescribed IAW FAR 12.301(C).
