## Description

SCOPE Vendor shall provide maneuvering assistance vis tug boat in USCGC Reliance’s mooring to Base Portsmouth, VA and Colona's Shipyard. BACKGROUND USCGC Reliance will be mooring up at USCG Base Portsmouth, VA 18 AUG 1100 EST. Upon arrival, USCGC Reliance will need assistance from a tug to moor up at the pier in addition to assitance departing Base Portsmouth at 20 AUG 2025 at 0800 in transit to Colona Shipyard (Ref. A).

REFERENCES Pier Location REQUIREMENTS Vendor shall provide services to assist USCGC Reliance via tug boat to moor to USCG Base Portsmouth Pier. For additional information or requirements, please coordinate with Cutter Point of Contact, ENS Matt Lubin, Matthew.F.Lubin@uscg.mil.

Contractor shall perform site visit at USCG Base Portsmouth, VA: USCG Base Portsmouth Portsmouth, Virginia 23703 Period of Performance for services is August 18, 2025. USCGC Reliance will arrive to UCG Base Portsmouth at 1100 Eastern Time AND August 20th, 2025 from Base Portsmouth at 0800 to Colona's shipyard Contractor shall comply with all required base access / security requirements, and applicable local, state, and federal safety and environmental regulations.
