## Description

SCOPE Vendor shall provide maneuvering assistance vis tug boat in USCGC Reliance’s return to homeport. BACKGROUND USCGC Reliance will be returning to homeport at Naval Air Station Pensacola, Florida. Upon arrival, USCGC Diligence and USCGC Walnut will be moored at Pier Charlie. USCGC Reliance will need assistance from a tug to moor between the two vessels to Pier Charlie (Middle). REFERENCES N/A REQUIREMENTS Vendor shall provide services to assist USCGC Reliance via tug boat to moor to Pier Charlie (Middle).

For additional information or requirements, please coordinate with Cutter Point of Contact, ENS Matt Lubin, Matthew.F.Lubin@uscg.mil. Contractor shall perform site visit at Cutter’s homeport: Naval Air Station Pensacola Pier Charlie Pensacola FL 32508 Period of Performance for services is July 18, 2025. USCGC Reliance will arrive to NAS Pensacola at 1000 Central Time. Contractor shall comply with all required base access / security requirements, and applicable local, state, and federal safety and environmental regulations.
