The NYARNG, 204th EN BN, is requesting Catered Meals- Dinners - Individually Packaged Meals to be Dropped off to Fort Drum, NY , 25th- 29th APRIL 2024. 17:00 drop off time for all dinners 25 APRIL DINNER MENU# 10 21 QTY 26 APRIL DINNER MENU# 11 52 QTY 27 APRIL DINNER MENU# 9 485 QTY 28 APRIL DINNER MENU# 6 485 QTY 29 APRIL DINNER MENU# 1 485 QTY Total Dinners: 1528 *EACH Dinner ABOVE requires the following number of Special Meals; _22_HALAL, _1_ KOSHER AND _3_VEGETARIAN MEALS_1_Tree nut allergy_ .

The NYARNG intends to award to a small business with an active registration in SAM.gov, able to receive federal contracts, and who offers the lowest price for meals required and meet the criteria outlined in the attached NYARNG 21 Day Menus and SOW. The awardee will submit all Invoices in WAWF. All meals must meet the food standards of the SOW and the government reserves the right to inspect before award and at any time of the contract duration.

Please provide pricing per dinner, as well as the total dollar amount for entire requriement, via email to melissa.santoro2.civ@army.mil No later than 29 MARCH 2024, 2:00 PM. EST. No partial quotes will be accepted. * Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available.
