## Description

On 19 July 2024, a lease expansion was awarded to the existing Lessor of a 9,610 RSF of office, warehouse, and special storage space, and39,160 square feet of wareyard in Smelterville, ID. Market research revealed four comparable properties available for lease within the market value determined price range. The existing Lessor's offer was determined to be fair and reasonable at the time of award due to necessary updates to be in-line with Federal requirements (ABAS, FPLS, Seismic standards, etc.).
