## Description

The purpose of this amendment is to provide the QUESTIONS & ANSWERS from the Pre-Solicitation/RFI Meeting held in Boise, ID on Wednesday, July 31, 2024. Please submit any response questions/comments to 2025_29.pqv2cvnjk59v9lzz@u.box.com on the attached Q&C Form. Q&C must be submitted no later than 9:00a MDT, Monday, November 4, 2024. Q&C not submitted on the provided form to the above email will not be considered.

It is only necessary to attach the form and include the RFI number (1202SC24RFI0002) in the subject line. Thank you all for your continued patience. REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI)

The government has made extensive updates to the National Mobile Food Service Unit (MFSU) support requirements in an effort to align more with todays standards and expectations, both of industry and the government. This is an RFI only, issuance of a solicitation or awards of any kind are not guaranteed.

There will be a "Presolicitation" conference held in Boise, ID at the National Interagency Fire Center (NIFC) on Wednesday, July 31, 2024 from 9a-5p (valid ID is required to attend): NIFC 3833 S. Development Ave., Boise, ID Multi Purpose room, Jack Wilson Building Attendees are encouraged to attend in person, and MS Teams will be available as well for those unable due to current fire assignements, etc. This will be the only opportunity prior to solicitation to provide your thoughts on the next Caterer iteration; we look forward to seeing you there.

If you are unable to attend, please send a representative from the company so you don't miss anything new. A Question and Comment (Q&C) doc is attached. It is required Q&C be submitted on that doc and via email for consideration. Q&C are due to the address provided no later than 8p MT on Monday, July 29, 2024. While FAR, AGAR and local custom clauses are included, they are included only as reference, are subject to change, and will be updated accordingly prior to posting for solicitation.
