First item testing will be required. Cargo nets must meet the standards of Forest Service, United States Department of Agriculture Specification 5100-504b and 5100-507 as well as any other specifications posted with the solicitation. The Government anticipates awarding a single Fixed-Price Purchase Order for the purchase of these items to be delivered to the Rocky Mountain Area Incident Support Cache, Denver Federal Center, Lakewood, CO. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 314994 Rope, Cordage, Twine, Tire Cord, and Tire Fabric Mills, and the Small Business Size Standard is 1,000 employees. Product Service Code (PSC) is 1670 - Parachutes; Aerial Pick Up, Delivery, Recovery Systems; And Cargo Tie Down Equipment. Prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov) and be associated with NAICS 314994 on the registration prior to award. First Article Testing (FAT) items must be delivered to the National Technology and Development Program located at 444 E. Bonita Ave, San Dimas, California, 91773, no later than 45 days after award.
