These instruments are critical for producing proficiency panels for NAHLN laboratories, enabling the rapid and accurate processing of thousands of tubes. The Sci-Print VXL, VXi, and AQ systems are highly specialized instruments developed by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Scinomix, Inc. These systems incorporate proprietary hardware, firmware, and software integral to their function. As the OEM, Scinomix is the exclusive source for all maintenance, repair, and technical service, as it retains sole access to the necessary proprietary replacement parts, specialized diagnostic tools, and technical data. Market research confirms that Scinomix has no authorized third-party service providers.
