The period of performance will be a Base Year Plus Four Option Years. RFO FAR 12.201-1 Simplified procedures will be used for awarding the contract. The anticipated award date is March 27, 2026. The intended source for this acquisition is American National Standards Institute. The proposed contractor, American National Standards Institute, is the sole provider of the proprietary software solution required to fulfill the Government's needs. This software is copyrighted and constitutes the intellectual property of American National Standards Institute, and therefore cannot be replicated, resold, or modified by third-party vendors without violating intellectual property rights.
