Description of Services USDA requires a Scholarly Communication Librarian to provide expert advice and operational support in the following areas: Scholarly publishing Research integrity Copyright and licensing Open access and public access to USDA-funded research These services will advance USDA’s scientific integrity and gold-standard science requirements. Scope of Work The Contractor shall: Manage the NAL Trusted Journal List (TJL) program. Manage the selection process for journals to be included in AGRICOLA. Develop and deliver research integrity training for stakeholders. Report on the quality and impact of USDA research outputs.
