On site labor, travel and parts according to service plan coverage (Prevention Plus, Protective or Comprehensive). On-site service support and technical phone support. The nature of the biological material processed in this equipment requires the performance of said equipment to be as manufacturer’s specifications. Servicing and evaluation of equipment should be performed by the manufacturer’s field engineers. These field engineers have knowledge on all aspects of servicing and evaluation of the different Beckman Coulter brand models that are present in the NVSL labs.
